Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days for in-stock items. Larger furniture pieces requiring white-glove delivery may take 2-3 weeks depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Auk ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders soon.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused. Please note that custom-made furniture pieces are final sale.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?
Yes, sustainability is core to Auk. We partner with FSC-certified suppliers to ensure all timber used in our collections is harvested responsibly.
Can I request fabric swatches before purchasing a sofa?
Absolutely. You can order up to five complimentary fabric swatches through our 'Swatch Request' page to ensure the color and texture match your space perfectly.
How can I track my order status?
