At Auk, we want you to love your home essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original box with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
